What will happen after I ordering embroidery patches directly from factory?

Nice to meet you: ) As an employee who has worked in a garment accessories factory for 8 years, I am happy to be able to answer the questions you have raised, and I will bring you to see our embroidery patches production process.

Once you have placed your order and confirmed all the details with our sales team (artwork, quantity, Pantone color, etc.), our sales team will provide this information to our designer. The designer will then input the design drawing into the computer and convert it into a format that is compatible with the machine. (Here is a picture of the software)

When the artwork is ready, our embroidery machine will begin work. The needle will bring the thread embroidered on a certain fabric( normally twill fabric, satin fabric, felt bottom, and so on). When the first sample is ready, our sales will share the picture for you to confirm, after your approval, we will continue the bulk.

We will move on to the laser machine when the logo is finished.

Then the sew on back embroidery name badge is ready, but if you want a iron on back, then before laser cut, we will attach iron on back to the embroidery.

Finally, our sales will contact and send you a picture for confirmation before shipping out.
