1.How do I get started?
Send your design(size, quantity and other details) to our sales team by clicking the “quotation” button. Then our sales will guide you step by step. Normally here is the process, if you have your artwork already, we will quote you according to your requirement. If you can confirm the price, then we will proceed to production; then will show you picture for a check when the goods are ready and share your tracking label after your approval. The whole process takes around 7-10 days( not including the shipping time).
2.WHAT’S THE LEAD TIME FOR PRODUCTION?
For different production series, leadtime different. Normally, for woven products, it’s 7 days; for embroidery, around 10 days; for PVC products, around 10-12 days.
3.Can I get to see what's the patch looks like before bulk production?
For embroidery and pvc products, we will offer picture or video of the first sample for check and approval; as for woven and hang tag products( cause of the prodution particularity), we can offer the picture in middle of the prodution process.
4.What Type of art file formats do you accept?
You can send your art in whichever format you’d like. Our Art Department’s preferred vecotor file formats like pdf,ai. We will also accept psd, jpg,png…
